From largest to smallest, they are: Portland-based TD Banknorth Inc.'s acquisition of Hudson United Bancorp; Inverness Medical Innovations Inc.'s acquisition of Binax Inc. in Portland; Meriturn Partners LLC's acquisition of Irving Tanning Co. in Hartland; BayCorp Holdings Ltd.'s acquisition of Benton Falls Associates in Benton Falls; Ellsworth-based Stony Creek Broadcasting LLC's acquisition of WNSX-FM in Winter Harbor; and Clearwater Communications Inc.'s acquisition of WKTJ-FM in Farmington.
