    Abstract

    "Business Maine: Southern" piece reporting that Guilford Rail Systems recently agreed to allow an Old Orchard Beach developer to build a hotel and retail complex over its downtown train tracks. Developer Tim Swenson said he reached a purchase and sale agreement with the company that will allow the construction, adding that he hopes to break ground on the $20 million complex by fall of 2007. Swenson already has a $20 million condominium project underway nearby.
