    Abstract

"Business Maine: Statewide" piece reporting that the Maine Civil Liberties Union on December 1 filed a lawsuit against the Maine Bureau of Liquor Enforcement, saying its rules on labels are too vague and broad. The lawsuit was filed on behalf of Daniel Shelton, a specialty beer importer whose Santa-themed label on an English beer, Santa's Butt Winter Porter, was rejected by the liquor board on grounds it contained "undignified or improper illustrations."
