Abstract

Dr. Michael LaCombe of Harrison has published his fourth book, "The Pocket Doctor," a collection of tips on life, home remedies, and medicine. His practice at Northern Cumberland Hospital in Bridgton requires command of every internal medicine specialty, but often does not get the respect of big-city medicine, and is largely unaffected by managed care.
