Abstract

"Focus: Building & Real Estate" piece on Maine Wetlands Bank LLC, which completes wetland mitigation projects for private and public construction projects. For any project that impacts wetlands, state and federal agencies require restoration or preservation of nearby wetlands to compensate for the loss. Tom Dunham, a Maine Wetlands Bank partner, said dealing with a host of state and federal agencies is but one factor that makes the process complicated.
