"Focus on York County" piece on how the former mill town of Biddeford is attracting investment money; artists; a large shopping center called Biddeford Crossing; big box stores; expansions of Southern Maine Medical Center and the University of New England; redevelopment of the North Dam Mill, Lincoln Mill, and Riverdam Millyard; development of the Thacher Brook Business Park; and an Art Mart.
