    Abstract

    "Business Maine: Southern" piece reporting that the Portland Regional Chamber recently hired a full-time lobbyist to represent its interests in Augusta. Godfrey Wood, CEO of the chamber, announced that Chris Hall will be in Augusta to advocate on behalf of Portland on such issues as taxation, education spending and health care. Hall has served as executive vice president of the Maine State Chamber of Commerce since 1990.
