    "Business Maine: Northern" piece announcing that Tyler Technologies Inc. has acquired Advanced Data Systems (ADS) Inc. in Bangor for a cash deal worth $4.2 million. ADS, which was founded in 1980 and sells accounting software primarily for school districts in New England, had revenues of approximately $3 million in 2006.
