Abstract

"Focus: Midcoast Region" piece featuring an interview in question-and-answer format with Matthew Simmons, an energy investor who plans to develop an ocean energy research institute at the former MBNA building in Rockland. Simmons, 64, is chairman of Simmons & Co. International, a Houston-based investment bank he founded in 1974 that works primarily in the energy sector.
