    Abstract

    "Business Maine: Central & Western" piece reporting that a task force in Lewiston will study possible uses for the last undeveloped section of the Bates Mill. Building No. 5 is the only part of the 1.2 million-square-foot complex that has not been redeveloped. It is costing the city $400,000 per year to maintain.
