Abstract
The Scarborough engineering firm KADY International has developed a plan that should halve the cost of sewage treatement around the world. KADY's Waste Water Mill is already treating one of the three conduits at Portland's treatment plant. KADY has been manufaturing mixers and dispersers since 1949. Details; explanations of current and "microbial cell lysis and recycling" sewage treatment processes.
