Abstract

"Capitol Update" piece on Maine senator Olympia Snowe's co-sponsorship of a bill to expand federal aid to workers such as fishermen, who lose their jobs to overseas competition. The bill would expand Trade Adjustment Assistance to service sector workers and also help rural areas particularly hard hit by business failures.
