Abstract
"Focus: Marketing" piece on Biddeford-based Creative Broadcast Concepts (CBC), providers of advertising, marketing and public relations for automobile dealers. The company has 60 clients, representing 400 dealerships across the country. CBC was founded in 1982 by Jim Boldebook and Maine car dealer "Jolly" John Pulsifer. Current owners Barry Morgan and Frank Drigotas report steady growth, with sales rising between five percent and 10 percent a year. Drigotas says CBC is successful in large part due to the work ethic of its Maine employees and the company's intense focus on client satisfaction.
