Abstract
Portland code enforcement officers are grading city restaurants on a 100-point scale, posting their findings on a new blue sticker on each eatery's license. The stickers are in response to an inaccurate Center for the Public Interest study, featured on the "Today" show, listing Portland as one of the eight worst in the country for restaurant inspection. Detailed explanation of the code inspection process.
