Abstract

"Focus on Human Resources" piece on the different work styles and expectations of four generations--traditionals, baby boomers, Gen Xers, and Millennials--who now make up the workforce. April Clark, Maine's regional director for temp agency Manpower Inc., gave her former Auburn branch manager, Carol Albert, permission to create the workshop "Four Generations at Work: Understanding Who They Are and Why They Think and Act Differently Than You!". Together the women have trained more than 600 people in intergenerational tolerance. Details.
