Abstract

"Newsworthy" piece with a profile of New Brunswick Premier Shawn Graham, 40, who last year signed a "memorandum of understanding" with Gov. John Baldacci to study the benefits of electricity sharing between Maine and New Brunswick. The "Maine/New Brunswick Option" would include developing a common energy market reliant on a New Brunswick hub. Graham would also like to boost trade and educational cooperation and is pushing for the "two-nation vacation."
