Abstract

"Newsworthy" piece with a profile of Kurtis Peterson, 25; his business partner James Daniels, 22; and their company mCaddie, which brings mobile technology to the sport of golf. The application allows golfers to track and analyze statistics on their cell phones and computers. The two are also developing a "virtual clubhouse" social networking site. Last month, they won first place at the University of Southern Maine's annual Student Business Plan Competition.
