Abstract

The Maine Women's Fund is about to hold its third annual Women and Money conference. MWF is a non-profit grantmaking foundation designed to create opportunities for women and girls, and also to teach women to be more comfortable with money. Although MWF finds money is a taboo topic among many women, an increasing number of women will be forced to manage their own finances in the future.
