"Focus on Energy & Utilities" piece with an interview with John Kerry, new director of Maine's Office of Energy Independence and Security, on the state's energy challenges and what businesses can do to help. He sees energy and environmental issues as keys to economic development in Maine and posits a long-term plan of moving the state toward energy independence.
