"Venture Builder" piece on how President Obama's nomination of Karen Mills of Brunswick as director of the U.S. Small Business Administration could aid Maine business. Mills might reinstate SBA's program funding with a strategic urban and industry cluster emphasis. If she can revive SBA's equity programs, new liquidity can support growth ventures. Support for clusters and sectors could help those in the particular sectors.
