    Abstract

Profile of Brad Burns, founder of Kemco, which he recently merged with copy machine dealer Danka. When he was two years out of college, Burns was the top 3M copy machine territory salesman in America, but went on to Locke Office Products in the 1970s when the development of plain-paper copying allowed Xerox to push 3M out of the market. He founded Kemko, Portland's first Toshiba dealership, in 1982.
