Abstract

"Capitol Update" piece on Maine's revenue shortfall. Economic Forecasting Commission Chairman Charles Colgan said an annualized personal income decline of 17 percent in the first quarter is the worst since the Depression. The shortfall is expected to be higher than Gov. Baldacci's prediction of $200 million.
