Abstract

"The Third Sector" piece on Cobscook Community Learning Center in Trescott. The Washington County nonprofit started a for-profit arm, Cobscook Bay Co., which supports CCLC programs by selling seafood pies for which famed Maine chef Sam Hayward created the recipes. The pies are produced under the label of Maine Fresh: Restoring Maine Communities.
