Abstract

"Capitol Update" piece on the multiple federal audits of Maine's Department of Health and Human Services and the possible financial challenges the audits may present to Maine lawmakers on the appropriations committee. It is difficult for committee members to anticipate when and how much the state might need to reimburse the federal government.
