Abstract
"Focus: Greater Bangor" piece on Kappa Mapping, Inc., a woman-owned computer mapping business in Bangor. Claire Kiedrowski, president of the nine-year-old company, and her team use photogrammetric and GIS services to solve complex problems for diverse clients. Recent projects have included mapping lobster pot buoys for the Maine Department of Marine Resources and creating a topographic map that enabled The Boutet Co. to create a model for a proposed wind farm in Alaska.
