"Focus Real Estate/Construction/Design" piece on Maine's construction industry and Matt Marks, the new CEO of Associated General Contractors of Maine, who spoke with the author about his plans to revive the sagging industry. In this edited transcript of the interview, Marks discusses some of the factors behind the slump as well as some areas of potential growth, including energy and public infrastructure.
