Abstract

"Focus Law" commentary piece by Bernstein Shur attorney Dan Mitchell about the federal First Circuit Court of Appeals' decision in Patco Construction Co. v. People's United Bank. The court held the bank responsible for losses incurred by its customer, Patco, as a result of an online cyber-heist.
