Abstract

An edited transcript of an interview with Jason Levesque, CEO and founder of Argo Marketing Group. He is currently overseeing the renovation of the former McCrory's department store in Lewiston into the new headquarters for the company. One of his goals is to create a model for what a call center operation should look like. Levesque discusses why he chose this location, how his business stacks up in the call center industry, and about diversifying his client list in order to stay competitive.
