Abstract

“Commentary” piece by Developer Tom Niemann, president and CEO of Niemann Capital in Durham, N.C. Niemann discusses his work renovating downtown historic sites in Maine, including the Hathaway Creative Center in Waterville and the Arsenal in Augusta. He announces his new partnership with Joseph Casalinova, of Casalinova Development Group, and their plans to finish the Arsenal’s redevelopment and to begin the Auburn Gateway project, the goal of which is to revitalize the Minot Avenue corridor.
