Abstract
Northland Enterprises LLC of Portland bought four properties on Marginal Way and Kennebec Street and plans to redevelop them into a retail mall that will include Chipotle, T-Mobile and two other tenants yet to be finalized. Total cost for the purchase and development plans is expected to be $7.5 million.
