Abstract

MTM Acquisition Inc., a company controlled by Camden media executive Reade Brower, bought MTM Values LLC for an undisclosed sum. Almost all of the 400 full- and part-time employees were offered jobs.; fewer than 10 were not. MaineToday Media has shown a 3.3% increase in circulation and 3% increase in Sunday circulation, attributed to the retention of current subscribers and the addition of pay-for additional content.
