Abstract

Texas-based Tyler Technologies, a public sector software developer with 540 employees at three Maine locations is acquiring New World Systems Corporation. Tyler Technologies will also be expanding its office building in Yarmouth, which will allow it to create 500 more jobs over the next decade.
