Abstract
Central Maine Power and Emera Maine have created a joint proposal for delivering enough clean energy to power 250,000 homes in southern New England. The renewable energy would come from wind energy projects in northern Maine that are already in the development phase. If the proposal is accepted, construction would likely begin in 2018. [graph]
