Abstract

The University of Southern Maine and the Maine Brewers' Guild are partnering on creating a Quality Assurance Lab to provide students research opportunities and area brewers a local facility to test the quality of their brews. Currently local brewers are dependent on west coast quality assurance facilities. The article highlights how the Maine brewing industry has grown. [image]
