Abstract

Back-office operations can help companies improve on their return from equity. John Boyd, principal of The Boyd Company, is interviewed about the issues and factors involved when businesses set up back-offices. While Portland is the lowest cost market in New England, Canada is even a better deal at the present time. Included is a graph comparing the costs to operate a corporate back office in Portland.
