Abstract
The article features Vintage Maine Kitchens, owned by Kelly and Scott Brodeur who opened their business in Freeport in 2015. They produce an old-fashioned-style potato chip and use locally grown potatoes and produced oil, maple syrup and other flavors. The Brodeurs utilized the Maine Small Business Development Center at CEI (Coastal Enterprises Inc.) for a business loan and consultation services for small businesses.
