Wellness Connection of Maine has been growing medical cannabis for about six years and is poised to expand into the recreational marijuana market. Patricia Rosi, its CEO, cautions others thinking to get into to the market to be aware that some towns have a moratorium on its sale and distribution and that Maine's new law allowing the retail sale of marijuana still needs to be clarified as to how the law will be implemented.
