Abstract

Three incubator programs in the Applied Technology Development Center system are targeted to be cut in Gov. Paul LePage’s 2018-2019 state budget proposal, The Maine Center for Entrepreneurial Development’s Top Gun training program, The Maine Aquaculture Innovation Center, and the Target Technology Center at UMaine Orono. More specifics of the cuts are presented.
