South Portland-based Grow-Tech LLC, has been sold to Netherlands-based Dummen Orange. The sale will not affect the workers or day-to-day management of Grow-Tech, however Dummen Orange has some technology they would like to introduce here that will help expand sales globally and grow the workforce.
