Abstract
The Libra Foundation is investing in the arts; food and agriculture; and recreational, outdoor and visitor activities in Piscataquis County. The county has seen a declining population due in part to the closing of paper mills, an aging population and young people leaving for opportunities elsewhere. The Libra Foundation invested similarly in Aroostook County with positive results and believes the same can be done in Piscataquis County, [image]
