    Abstract

    Maine real estate prices are up despite the reduced number of sales. Maine Listings states the median sales price in June 2017 as $205,000. The total number of homes sold in June declined 3.62 %. 1889 homes sold in June 2017, while 1960 homes sold in June 2016. When comparing the last three year average, 8% more homes were sold over that figure three years ago. The national averages are included as well.
