Abstract
The Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI) is an effort to reduce pollution through its pollution permit auctions. Maine stands to benefit if greenhouse gas emissions from the power sector are reduced. Includes chart of New England pollution controls and the rewards for each state.
