    Abstract

    After closing their obstetrics department due to low patient volume, the Calais Regional Hospital is facing financial difficulties. They are owed money from the state, the Veterans Administration and the Pasamaquoddy Tribe. They are requesting financial support by sending letters to Maine's congressional delegation and the VA.
