Brief piece about the training vessel that will be built for Maine Maritime Academy and other schools. Philly Shipyard was awarded the multiyear contract. The yard will work under the management of TOTE Services LLC of Jacksonville, Florida. TOTE Services owned El Faro, the cargo ship that sank in 2015.
