Abstract

An in-depth look at the revitalization of Bangor's Exchange Street, which just three years ago was shuttered and empty. Today, the block is home to various art and culture organizations and small businesses, brought there by developer Adam Moskovitz. Other developers are now investing in dilapidated historic buildings and restoring them for the commercial and residential market. The city is doing its part to improve infrastructure. Includes a sidebar with photographs and brief descriptions of several recent building projects.
