Abstract

Interview with Dana Eidsness, the director of Maine International Trade Center's Maine North Atlantic Development Office (MENADO). The organization works to develop trade, investment, and collaborative activities between Maine and northern Europe, Atlantic Canada, and Nordic countries. Eidsness discusses how she came to work in international relations. She also talks about the Arctic Council meetings of 2016, which were held in Maine, and her engagement with Greenland, trying to position Maine as a supply-chain partner for Greenland's infrastructure projects.
