Presents the two sides of the debate: Central Maine Healthcare Corp., who have proposed the center and claim it will cut healthcare costs in the community; and Mid Coast-Parkview Health in Brunswick, who claim the new center will divert business from them and ultimately raise healthcare costs in the area.
