Profile of Angela Okafor, an attorney and small business owner, as well as the first person of color and first immigrant elected to Bangor City Council. Okafor immigrated from Nigeria to Bangor 12 years ago. One of her goals as a councilor is to help the city be more inclusive in its outlook and in its policies.
