Abstract

Brief article detailing plans of the Little Jubba Central Maine Agrarian Commons, a Lewiston-based group of New Mainers, to purchase an organic farm in Wales, Maine for use by the Somali Bantu Community Association and its Liberation Farms business. Discusses the crowdfunding campaign that raised money for the purchase, and the importance of the farming project to the Bantu refugees from Somalia who comprise the SBCA.
