Abstract

Brief piece about Rising Tide Brewing Co. and its plans to use “bubble tents” to keep outdoor service going over the winter. Owners Heather and Nathan Sanborn purchased the tents from a company in California and had an engineer design a way to deliver heat to each bubble.
